Mission

We are on a journey to transform ESG through women’s leadership. We are inspired by two beliefs: 1. Long lasting, transformative ESG is critical to future business success; 2. Investing in women leaders today is the most impactful way to achieve tomorrow’s competitive edge. We are committed to delivering a world-class ESG leadership programme that will transform your company’s ESG delivery, while paying for itself with a positive return on investment. Programme

Transformative ESG is a comprehensive programme for senior women leaders. Our proven methods ensure real learning that won’t be forgotten, and long-lasting impact through legacy design. Participants will design, incubate, and execute high-impact ESG projects while learning the most important fundamentals of ESG. Concurrently, they will learn the core success factors for driving lasting, measurable, transformative enterprise change. Group seminars and one-on-one coaching methods will help participants identify and deliver the most relevant and impactful ESG strategies, and create a support framework to facilitate continued ESG transformation within the company even after the programme has been completed.

Programme content will be tailored to company ESG mandates. Every company has different objectives; an indicative overview might include the following topics:

  • Impactful ESG: ‘Culture eats strategy for breakfast.’ Industry standards. How is impact measured? What is the competition up to? What is the impact of culture on results? Inhibitors and accelerators of strategic success.

  • In-house ESG: Your company mandates, internal leadership, accomplishments, targets, metrics—are all departments working toward the same goals? Stakeholder alignment; the language of leadership; leading vs. managing.

  • Designing an impactful ESG project, including metrics, targets, and corporate context.

  • Executing an impactful ESG project. Leading successfully through structural and process-related issues.

  • How to create lasting ESG momentum. Building an ESG brain trust to represent best practices learned during the programme; how to deploy the brain trust to dynamically collaborate and strategically adapt to future ESG priorities.

  • How to tell your ESG story. Communicating and presenting for impact and engagement.

Programme outcomes: Each participant will deliver an impactful ESG project that drives forward the company’s ESG strategies. The cohort will form the basis for a company-wide ESG brain trust that can be deployed proactively across departments and branches. Participants and programme sponsors will collaboratively design the next level of ESG achievements.
